So I was banned a while ago from this server for spamming. I love this server and I love making new contraptions. I want to continue but I am banned. I was immature but I will not do that anymore. May you unban me please, I just want one more chance.

You have been banned for several rule violation. Therefore I deny your ban appeal and you are still permanted banned from our server.
Btw. in your last ban appeal you mentioned that you didn't recall spamming. If you believe it was someone else that borrowed or stole your account. Let me remind you that we ban minecraft accounts and not people.

Its stupid how you think I have severely violated rules because... all I did was spam and It was my brother that spammed, I was away and he came on and spammed. I am saying that "I" did it because it was on my account. I remember to shut my laptop before leaving the room. It would be nice of you if you let me back in but since you already denied, I will stop bugging you.
It really is messed up that you ban accounts not people because, its not my fault and Its also messed up that spamming is a "severe rule violation"! 1st of all, wasn't me, second of all, Spamming should not be a severe rule violation.
We prefer the method of banning accounts and not people, because we can actually place evidence if an account violated rules, rather than trusting people with their excuses. We have had many people that said their brother or sister came onto the server, griefed or spammed. Many of them were appealed before, but most of them kept on with rule violation. With our principe regarding banning account rather than people has turned out to be quite efficiant.
You are welcomed to make your own server, where spamming is allowed. We offer people a server where all griefs are fixed as fast a staffmember is online, with free building space. All we request isthat everyone follows our rules, so that everyone can enjoy our server. Most people find spamming annoying and it ruins their gaming experience here. At last I do not usually ban people for some spamming, but people on probabtion, usually gets banned for small reasons:

You didn't get banned for writing; "You are fuck loosers" or that a few people complained about you. But I did give you a warning.
Your account then got banned for griefing, I don't know the amount you griefed, but you got appealed with another warning.
After that your account gets on the server to spam. With two warnings, I'm assured that after the spammingepisode you will at one point grief more, swear more, spam more etc. etc. therefore I ban you instead of hiring a babysitter to check out what you're doing at each given time. When I am so nice to actually give you two warnings, instead of just banning you in the first place, like most admins would do. I feel like you should actually think how many chances you got. Please try this; go a server with atleast a few active member, grief on it, and see if you can appeal it.
I guess you can ask for an other staff to review your ban appeal, if you feel that my reviewment was personal and unfair.

Dear Davyboys,
I see that you have broken multiple of our rules including spamming, griefing and disrespecting other players. You have blamed a lot of what happend on a younger brother, providing the information that this will no longer be possible as you have moved to your own place.
Our policy is to ban accounts and not players, therefor we do blame you for what happend. Since you have put so much effort in getting unbanned and considering the reason you gave was not a lie, I have decided to give you one last chance. This does mean that violating the rules again will cause your account to be permanently banned. Therefor I advise you to change your minecraft password and make sure only you can access your account, as you are responsible for it.
Have fun playing on the server, I hope we will never have to be reminded of this thread again :)
