Hello. Nice to see you there. I have recently encountered a staff member that was extremely rude and made me want to entirely quit the server. It started when I was watching another player, the player claimed I griefed him (which I didn't, check the logs), and Redstone_Man told me to back off and back away. Then he started repetitively and randomly sending me to spawn. I am here to help the server grow, and with him, it is honestly a much more difficult task to accomplish. I have gathered screenshots of the entire conversation.

Regardless of whether or not Serenlty griefed, which I did not check, the person which he was watching asked him to leave him alone, which I then proceeded to butt in and tell him as well, to avoid said person, who was a visitor, making a large mistake and getting banned. I then corrected said person's grammar (he had said their instead of they're, which I usually correct) and he proceeded to pester me with snide remarks, which you should also know I don't take kindly to. Simply stating my side of the story, for anyone interested.
Also, after accused "abuse", which I was eventually able to calm down afterwards, he continued to throw snide remarks, and as aforesaid, this made me more and more pissed off, which I responded by telling him to let it go, and to be quiet, until I eventually muted him, and he left. I was trying to calm down, however, Serenlty continued to "fuel the fire".
Also, staff should understand how to handle these situations instead of getting really pissed at the player.
I was simply not throwing "snide remarks". I was explaining why you had no reason to mute, kick, or ban me. Also I was explaining why you really needed to clean your attitude up, as it is unfriendly and pushes players away. I was simply trying to help the server grow.
First, I'd like to start of telling you that public discussion about staff is against the rules. If there are problems with a staffmember, please pm a different staffmember on the website to report these issues. Since this is already posted, I'll respond here though.
The start of the conversation you've screenshotted is:
Seren: Figure out your own redstone problems, since you obviously can't wire this correctly.
Visitor: Go before I report you.
Seren: Watch me.
Redstone_Man: Seren, leave him alone. This is the last time I'm telling you.
Seren: What am I doing to him? I'm watching him. Is there something wrong with this?
I've read a bit further and noticed this had been going on for a while already. The reason why you were asked/told to leave the visitor alone was because the visitor himself did clearly not want you around. If someone wants privacy for a moment, he should have that possibility (even if he is building something completely wrong). Also, it's never polied to tell someone he is incapable of doing something the way you did.
Regarding Redstone_Man, I will talk to him when I see him and ask a bit more information. Though, the reason why you were sent away from the visitor seems pretty clear to me (and hopefully to you too now).
